Process

Received a request for a phone interview about a week after applying online. The phone interview was very easy; they just asked about my past experience and college GPA and talked about the position. A week later, I received a request for the written assessments, along with a 40-minute personality test. The main exam consisted of two timed speed tests where you solve ten math and logic questions within five minutes, along with a programming test and a logic test. The exam was quite difficult, especially since I don't come from an IT background at all, although it is apparently not required. Epic emailed me 1.5 weeks later (after I followed up) that I was not selected for the onsite interview.
