Started with a resume drop on their job portal. One week later, I followed up with a short phone interview. This was the standard resume review and short questions. A week later, I was asked to take their online assessments. There were over 4 hours of online testing.
The tests consisted of basic math and logic questions, akin to ACT or SAT testing. There was also a coding portion where they taught out parts of MCODE, and you had to understand some logic questions. In addition, they had coding questions where you designed 3 programs in the language of your choosing, followed by several personality quizzes.
A week after that, I was asked to take a final interview along with another set of assessments for the TS position. The interview itself was over 4 hours, including their talks and demonstrations.
