Process
Did the phone brief, phone interview, followed by the online test, comprising of part 1, personality test, and part 2, coding. The personality test was the type you will see in a lot of places, typical questions asking you to rank things, with multiple similar questions. For coding, I don't think I did too well in solving the problems, but dealing with their proprietary code questions wasn't difficult.
Questions
The coding questions were tough for me, as I wasn't a software engineer. I could only answer the most basic ones.

Pros: Some of the people that you meet and work with will be genuine and great future connections.
Travel.
Cons: Disconnect between executive/sales and the actual workforce.
High turnover leads to inexperienced project leadership.
Unrealistic expectation of working from the office when 90% of the jobs can be WFH.
Overloaded work plans and under-compensated overtime efforts.
Continues to portray themselves as the underdog when they are, in fact, the head EHR company in the US and should behave as such.

Pros: A feedback-oriented culture provides avenues to both give and receive feedback.
Job security.
A lot of growth opportunities, both in terms of acquiring knowledge/skills as well as advancing in role/responsibility.
Good benefits, including salary and stock options.
Cons: Steep learning curve! You'll get real responsibility quickly, but the first year will be a constant challenge as you get oriented in fundamental knowledge.
High risk for burnout. Your experience may vary based on project/role assignments, but it's not uncommon for people to be overstaffed (e.g., staffed 10 hours to a project that realistically requires significantly more time to do a satisfactory job).
Minimal WFH flexibility and relatively low PTO/paid holidays for the first two years.
