Process

We arranged a 30-minute phone interview, which ended up being more of a conversation than question-filled.

They then have you take an online job assessment that is proctored by an outside company.

It took a couple of hours; the hardest part (as someone with beginner programming skills) was a short coding section.

Now, I will be going out to Madison for an in-person interview.

Questions
