After applying, you have to wait a week before they get to your application and schedule a phone interview.

The first interview is a nontechnical phone interview where the person basically walks through your résumé and is very easy. If you make it through that, there is then a technical screening you hear about not too many days afterwards, done with a third party.

The technical interview was not too hard, but it was one of the more difficult interviews I had looking for new grad jobs, based solely on quantity of questions since they judge you on speed. It took me 2 hours to do everything, and it had ~20 MC + 4 coding problems. For the coding problems, you have no access to documentation, but they didn't seem to care if you forgot how to get the size of an array, for example. They are easy ACPC-style problems. The MC was pretty easy; learn a new language from scratch. About a week after this interview, I got a call from HR inviting me onsite.

Before the onsite interview, I also had to do a personality test. I'm not sure what it accomplishes.

In Madison, they give you a tour and a bunch of HR stuff showing off parts of their nice and gimmicky offices. They like to make themselves look unique.

There are two onsite interviews. I had to present a project of mine in one and go over a case study in the other. Nothing too difficult, as you can prepare for one of the interviews (I barely did).

A little over a week afterwards, I heard back with an offer.
