The phone interview with a software developer was pleasant. It was a nice chat, and they gave me more info about Epic. It was non-technical, so so far so good.
Spent ~3 hours on the online assessment. It was difficult but not undoable.
I was invited to interview onsite a week later and loved the campus. I had never seen anything like it.
There were 2 easy interviews onsite: one with HR and one with a software developer. They were non-technical and conversational.
I felt really good about it, but I was surprised when I heard back in ~3 weeks with no offer.
