An HR representative set up a phone call with me, with a different rep. The new rep never called during the first time slot and I received an email 2 minutes after our scheduled time with an auto-generated "Sorry we couldn't make it" message. We rescheduled another phone call to the same day much later, and once again the person never called. I received an email a few days later with the same auto-generated "Sorry we couldn't make it" message, asking to reschedule again.
