I applied for the summer Software Developer internship.
The first stage was a phone interview, which was very simple. Basic questions about my resume, and then I was asked about a project I've completed and what I might change about it.
About ten minutes after, I received a link to complete an online skills assessment, which consisted of two parts.
The first was to answer 20 multiple-choice questions about a language they made up. These were pretty basic questions and were timed.
The second part was four coding questions. Untimed, but they take into account how long it took you and your accuracy. The four questions really weren't too crazy as long as you've taken some programming courses or are self-taught and somewhat experienced.
I'm waiting to hear back. They said it would take a couple weeks to get back to me, and if I did well, I will be invited to an in-person interview. Best of luck!
