Process
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks.
Started with a three hour OA, which tested math, reasoning, and programming. You also attend a Zoom-based Role Introduction at this stage, which is a presentation by HR about the role.
After the OA results, there is a final interview, which I thought was pretty laid-back. I had a case study and a LeetCode exercise.

Pros: Really open campus - lots of interaction with people of all roles and levels of experience. The work was challenging, and I felt like I was actually involved in something the company would release to customers.
Cons: Verona/Madison isn't really near anything else. It's not the same as being a Software Developer in Seattle or San Francisco. Verona is also half an hour from downtown Madison.

Pros: Good money, OK if you jump ship quick.
Cons: Don't work here. All the negatives are true.
Bad tooling. You will work with Visual Basic even if they tell you that you will not. Stay away unless you only care about money.
Even if you get to work with C#, the tech stack is not transferable to other jobs. They do not care about their employees. You are just a number/human capital to them.
Barely any vacation. No work/life balance.

Pros: Very generous compensation.
Important, fulfilling work.
Solid onboarding and continued learning (actual trainer-run classes).
Cons: Can be high stress.
Can be very demanding for a first job out of college. A lot of people are young at Epic, and people who know their domain like the back of their hand seem scarce.
Can feel like a code monkey.
My experience developing has felt very individualistic and lacked the collaboration that can make it more fun.
Lack of strong work-from-home options.
Uses old languages (Mumps) / methods of development that are very Epic-specific.
