The phone interview was great; they are very nice. Then you need to schedule an online assessment, which takes about 2-3 hours to finish. The problems are not that difficult. If you pass that, you will be taken to an on-site interview.

Pros: - Motivated, intelligent coworkers.
- Good compensation for a post-college job. Good raises/bonuses make up for lack of (public) stock options.
- Awesome campus, food, and environment.
- Lots of opportunities, as long as you are willing to work for it.
Cons: - Management is young, which can be frustrating at times. They don't always handle difficult situations as well as I would expect, and your experience at Epic is dependent on having a manager who watched out for you.
- Work/life balance is nonexistent. High expectations from our customers and a need to please lead to a lot of late nights.
- If you don't like traveling, don't consider implementation. Travel can exceed 80% at peak times.
