This is also a really great atmosphere: young crowd, beautiful artwork, and thorough training. They really put effort into training and wiki documentation. Your coworkers are smart and personable.
They really recruit the A crowd and put you to work. If you are a B+ person, you will possibly be hired but struggle with stress or hours in order to compete with your assigned responsibilities.
