Ability to make an impact. There are countless opportunities to take on responsibilities or areas of ownership that will have an impact on all Epic customers, which extends to a huge part of the U.S. population. There are also opportunities for industry collaboration and influence through standards and working with other vendors. This is the most motivating part of my role.
