Knowledge gained is hyper-specific to Epic. Not many transferable skills. The skills other employers look for will not be gained working at Epic.
The company is comprised of recent college grads, as they do not retain talent.

Integration Engineer
The first round was an online assessment and a phone interview. The online assessment consisted of math, reasoning, and programming-based questions. The phone interview was informal and just a conversation about the position.
