Very fun and laid-back atmosphere, great campus and food, excellent pay and benefits, potential to work on highly influential projects.
Inexperienced management with misguided decisions; several different managers with different priorities pulling projects in different directions; often unclear requirements for projects until the very last minute.
Focus more on streamlining projects and making it easier for employees to succeed in their preferred role. Don't focus so much on surface-level traits.
