Pros

Flexible hours, good people, stable company, good benefits.

Cons

Absent management, there's no focus and no recognition. Executive management is a turnstile, with each wanting to change something regardless of whether it's broken.

Advice to Management

Have an open mind.

Don't think that the way you want to do something is always best. There's more than one way to reach a destination, but first you must wholly define the destination.

Listen to those doing the work. Be students of your employees. Everyone can learn something from someone. Titles are only labels for authority and compensation, not knowledge.
