Pays well. Flexi timings. Nice office. Work from home can be taken by most (except for a few teams). Leaves per year are fair. Travel benefits for employees. (Obviously) No time-in / time-outs. Employee-friendly culture. A very positive vision for the India office.
Policies and practices for the India office are still a work in progress.
There is a lot of US dependency.
Changing teams is not easy.
There is a lack of team-building activities.
The core work and decision-taking are done in the US.
We need to do team building activities to pump enthusiasm.
We need to have strong leadership in India.
