I applied online and received an online coding test after one or two weeks. It included a lot of network-related questions, one coding question, and several questions about past experience. The next step was a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was mainly about my experience with the technologies used in the team.

Pros: This is where I began my career. It will always be precious.
I was pampered enough when I was an intern. I was given some amazing work to do, very different from interns in other companies. I received great help within and outside the team.
I was converted to full-time based on my work. Full-time is way more challenging. Everyone seems very nice and smart.
And the kitchen supplies keep getting bigger :D And it's all free :P
Cons: The company is at a peak. Will it be able to sustain a fall?
