- Data-driven, making sure what is being built is right.
- Fast growth and a successful company.
- Lots of growing pains.
- Values are being distorted, transformed into an internal tool for marketing material.
- Many hires simply don't fit the company values.
- Top-down decisions.
- Too many processes.
- Too many meetings.
- Poor documentation.
- Diversity in the IC level, not in higher management.
- Average compensation.
Overall, still a great company to work for if you know how to ignore some problems.
Be more open-minded, listen more, and leave the past in the past.
