Cons: No cons as such. The company is really good, though there is less onsite opportunity in case you are looking to work out of India.

Pros: New hires have the opportunity to get great training. At the moment, the company is trying to modernize how it does a lot of its work, so it feels like a good place for younger professionals to get started. There are always options to move laterally and vertically as well. Older professionals will love Fido since they have great benefits and good work-life balance.

Cons: The main downside of Fidelity is that each office was a much different work environment. Bigger offices offer much more benefits, while smaller offices feel bland or empty. It's also an older company, so it may take a while for it to catch up to the rest of the tech industry.
