Pros: The work culture and the well-being of the employees is a top priority, with great exposure both domestically and internationally.
Cons: Growth and value addition are limited due to the domain of the organization.

Pros: Looks great on a resume, but the frameworks used are very locked up, not leaving enough room for creativity. I received great training, though, on the Spring framework.
Cons: Downside, again, too much security on every level, not enough opportunity to create and implement something new. Too many forms to fill to do your job.
