Was interviewed by 3 people: manager, architect, and VP. The interview went very positively. I was asked generic questions and was told a great deal about the company. The actual technical interview was easy too, with Java questions like, "Can you force garbage collection?"

Pros: Looks great on a resume, but the frameworks used are very locked up, not leaving enough room for creativity. I received great training, though, on the Spring framework.
Cons: Downside, again, too much security on every level, not enough opportunity to create and implement something new. Too many forms to fill to do your job.
