Looks great on a resume, but the frameworks used are very locked up, not leaving enough room for creativity. I received great training, though, on the Spring framework.
Downside, again, too much security on every level, not enough opportunity to create and implement something new. Too many forms to fill to do your job.
Sometimes great people are let go when there is not enough project work, at the same time very expensive consultants are being brought in.
