The recruiter called me for a phone interview. They then called me in for an in-group screening with three people. They asked basic things such as background, experience, skills, and projects. After the interview, I never got a follow-up from the senior recruiter. It's been close to two months, and I have tried to reach out twice since then via email. He did not reply to me.
He did not give me the courtesy of keeping communication smooth. If a senior recruiter treats their potential candidates like this, then I wonder how they treat their customers and employees. This may just be what the culture is like at Fidelity.
