Then there was a face-to-face interview, in which he asked me about R programming because I had mentioned it on my resume. After that, he asked about DBMS and Google Analytics.

Pros: The people there love coming to work and built an environment where people feel comfortable joking around and having fun, while still being serious and doing a good job when they need to.
Cons: The company is big, so you may need to jump over some hurdles to get logistical things out of the way. The company being big also means your experience can vary, since different business units can feel like different companies altogether.
