Process
- The first round was an aptitude and English test (20+15 questions each).
- Then I had 3 rounds of interviews: 2 technical interviews and 1 HR interview.
Interviewers were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They were helping us, so that we could give our best.
Questions
Questions were based on whatever I wrote on my resume.
It started off on my projects and my interests.
When I mentioned my interest was in data structures, I was asked to explain hash tables, linked lists, and B-trees.
I was also asked to explain OOPs.

Pros: Awesome work-life balance and ample opportunities to grow your career on the path you want.
Cons: Adaptation to newer technologies is a bit slow.

Pros: 1. Great training program for fresh graduates.
2. Certain projects in certain Business Units give immense exposure.
3. All individuals are treated with respect, irrespective of the designation.
4. Great culture and work-life balance. Convenient for women.
5. Work-from-home and cab facilities are good.
6. 20% of the staff has been with the company for 10+ years, so great continuity.
I loved my stint at Fidelity. I was lucky to have great projects and managers.
Cons: 1. Salary is a bit on the lower side for the quality of skills possessed.
2. Growth in terms of designation is slow.
3. On-site opportunities are diminishing year-by-year due to fund crunch.
4. 20% New Product Development and 80% legacy and maintenance work.
5. Life as a QA or Prod Support can be miserable and work uninspiring.
6. Great senior management and great junior devs. The problem is with the middle management.
