Some of the pros are:

• Cutting-edge technologies are being used.
• Job security.
• If you associate with Fidelity for a few years, there are chances to travel to the US on L1/B1 (a few times, at least once a year, after you complete some time and gain fair amount of domain and application knowledge).
• One of the best transportation facilities for employees.
• Good work-life balance.

I can't think of any.

1. Some of the managers are not so competent.
2. Too much process delays your work (however, no one keeps you at gunpoint to finish work).
3. The cafe is horrible.
4. Less parties.

Doing good work. Keep up your good work. The management team at Fidelity India is really doing a great job.
