Pros

Good work-life balance.

Connecting from home option. You can connect from your personal computer if there is no office machine.

Free, AC transport, which will cut down a lot of travel time and risk to your life.

Higher management, which always tries to make our life better.

Freedom to change our teams internally; the manager won't have any power to stop it. This makes managers be on top of their game.

Very humble President in India.

Matured captive unit in India, which gets a lot of ownership in India.

Employees have the freedom to use their leave quota, provided it is planned.

Good learning environment; the company invests a lot in learning materials. They want to keep employees very relevant in the market.

Cons

The common judgment process for employees is a pain. You need to be a rockstar to climb the ladder.

The culture involves meeting too often, with no proper focus while working on complex code.

Mid-level management is a bit incompetent and arrogant.

Sometimes goals are written in blood; they aren't flexible. Innovation is a must, no matter the complexity of your project.

People are insecure because of this. They try to take credit for others' work. It's about survival of the fittest.

Advice to Management

Please take care of CONS.
