Too many managers. Some managers are only people managers; neither can they understand technology nor the domain.
Low onsite opportunities. In some teams, they create long-term onsite opportunities even if it is not necessary.
Management exists for the sake of managers.
Most of the tech leads are doing the job of a Senior Software Engineer.

Politics everywhere.
Not good for people who work in a Microsoft background (.NET). Senior management in the US is against .NET.
Reduce the number of managers, especially people managers. It is a great organization if driven in the correct path.
