Very, very slow growth and decisions.
Those who talk will be appreciated more and given positions. Those who work and do not talk much will have huge problems in this company.
Too many managers. Some managers are only people managers; neither can they understand technology nor the domain.
Low onsite opportunities. In some teams, they create long-term onsite opportunities even if it is not necessary.
Management exists for the sake of managers.
Most of the tech leads are doing the job of a Senior Software Engineer.
Not good for technology advancement.
Politics everywhere.
Not good for people who work in a Microsoft background (.NET). Senior management in the US is against .NET.
Reduce the number of managers, especially people managers. It is a great organization if driven in the correct path.
