Great work culture. Good HR policies. Good salaries for lateral hires as well as for employees. Cab facilities with door pickup and drop. Good management, though recently getting polluted after hiring managers from service companies. IJP policies are good. Wonderful celebrations of any tech festivals, Thanksgivings, etc. I really love the lively culture.

1. Stagnant in growth, as employee attrition rate is very low.

2. Designations are just on paper. There's no problem in coding even if you are a Team Lead. However, the problem is you will only be coding and will not be assigned any team members to lead.

3. After hiring, managers from service-based companies are groomed to align with Fidelity policies.

4. Career opportunities are very limited. It's very hard to move from one team to another. This isn't because of a lack of support from managers, but because there are hardly any openings to move into.
