Fake. I would not recommend to anyone. Time waste and felt disappointed. I cleared all the rounds but didn't receive an offer letter. It will be like two sessions: morning they explain about their company, post-lunch interview process.

Their background verification is very strict and they need all the documentation, including W-2 forms. Interviews are in two rounds. It is pretty difficult, but the catch here is everybody in that panel is into rejections, not selections.
