The company has great benefits and many opportunities to move around (lateral movement). I held many positions and learned a lot in each.
Pay is low and career advancement (upwards) is difficult. Promotions are almost impossible to get. Management does not recognize the outstanding work that their employees do. Re-orgs are very common, happening about every 6 months. Your manager never really gets the opportunity to know you and your skills.
