Phone screen and technical interview, then an onsite interview.
I answered all questions correctly during the onsite. However, I was then ghosted by the recruiter and everyone at the company. They didn't even have the decency to get back to me after my onsite to let me know the result. The same thing happened to my roommate who also applied and had an onsite.
