1. Good growth and promotion if you work hard and the manager is good.
2. Timely pay and stable environment.

1. Zero WFH benefits (not even basic desk, chair, monitor, etc.).
2. Zero employee wellness budget.
3. No free food in the pantry: basic items like biscuits, bread, butter, milk, and cereal.
4. Compensation is not at par with top companies like Microsoft, Intuit, and Amazon anymore.
5. Too much expensive food in ETV.

Zero WFH allowance to employees and even minimal benefits (no free food or even subsidized food) goes a long way to show how much you care for employees. While other companies strive to compete with companies in the Bay Area, you are not providing even basic benefits.

At the least, first work towards:

1. Basic WFH allowance
2. If not free, then subsidized food (other companies are also providing, and their offices are also in tech parks).
