The culture is not very well established, as Flipkart is still learning from its mistakes.
Good in-hand salary compared to other homegrown Indian companies.
Less opportunities to grow. No career break and very light/no adherence to its own policies, such as leave approval and career breaks.
Please don't change the CEO or higher management every week.
