Not many pros. It all depends on the manager you get. If you manage a good team, it might turn out to be a great experience; else, the worst company you can join.

1. Management is more focused on getting the work done than actually caring about the employee’s interests.
2. It’s highly unorganized. They do not plan things out.
3. Since there is high fluidity, a lot of times you are unable to find the POC, due to which it’s more like searching for the right people than actually working.
4. They believe in snatch and work, and people will just try to take away the work from you every now and then. There’s no clear division of work. The worst company I could work for.

Please start listening to employees. Help them in their career growth and not hamper it by making them work on things which add nothing to their profile and waste their time just to finish the task or project. Plan things out in advance thoroughly.
