- Compensation is not competitive. I have seen Amazon offer double CTC for the same position.
- Make the compensation competitive.
Take advantage of having a parent with deep pockets (Walmart).

Software Development Engineer (SDE)
Online Assessment (OA) - 90 minutes, 2–3 DSA coding questions. Technical Rounds (1–2) - DSA, problem-solving, resume-based, and one machine coding round. (For senior roles) - System design round. Hiring Manager / HR - Behavioral and cultural fit.

Very difficult but interesting. The first coding round had three questions of a hard category. However, I managed to pass all questions with all test cases.
