Inexperienced management, lack of proper management compared to a big-size company.
Lack of long-term planning.
Unpredictable management decisions that sometimes affect a lot, both the team and the individual.
Work on long-term plans. Streamline management as the company is growing. It seems management did not expect such rapid growth, and now everything is being put to plan in a hurry.
