Pros: Good facilities, lots of learning in projects, friendly colleagues, cafeteria with varied food, international atmosphere.
Cons: Low salary, little organization, workload overload, tight deadlines, but it depends on the area. Good if you're looking for an entry-level position, difficult to advance within.
