I joined Ford out of college and had an overwhelming experience. I've been able to learn the most from it.
No cons. I found it very great.
They will first ask you some questions about C++, like smart pointers, STL, and design patterns. Then they will ask some programming questions, like how to sort an array in a specific way.
Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
The interview process was smooth and well-guided. The questions were about DBMS, OOPS, Software Testing, RDBMS, API, and also logical reasoning. The coding questions were at an easy level, and the one given to me was for reverse testing.
