Pros: Some good benefits. Okay place to start your career. Upper management seems to be decent, but below them is a sea of little, energetic middle managers all trying to prove their worth.

Cons: Pay is average and highly varies, even for the same job. There are too many middle managers, too much bureaucracy, and office politics. Some departments are short-staffed and basically expect one employee to do the job of two. Job satisfaction is highly dependent on your boss or department. If you get stuck in a department that won’t let you leave, get out sooner rather than later.

Pros: Interesting tasks, reasonable payment. The company gives opportunities to its personnel. You'll be working mainly with motivated, enthusiastic people, people with a lot of inner power. Strong managers. Chance to always learn something new.

Cons: Processes - long, quite often - bureaucracy

Pros: Met a lot of people and learned a lot about the company and the project.

Cons: It was hybrid, so there was limited human interaction.
