The interview process was fast, and it wasn't difficult to get an interview. Recruiters didn't know what they were asking because they weren't engineer recruiters, so you had to assist them. The interview wasn't super formal; there were 4-5 people, each with a ton of questions. I feel like they preferred a multicultural, diverse individual. I'm just a white female with blonde hair who didn't look similar to anyone on the team. I also felt one woman was a little rude.

They asked about what role you played in a project, what the project entailed, your contribution and role, and your takeaways from it, etc.
