Good work-life balance.
New technology and an excellent opportunity.
Slow-paced teams might need to scope work ourselves.
Two interviews: one technical with the hiring manager. The other was a team meeting. They asked about three collaboration questions: how will you work with teams and different departments? Had a good manager and a bad one right after.
Interview was pretty easy. It had 2 rounds. First round was DSA, with 2 questions: arrays and strings. Second round was HR and technical. I was asked to solve a hashmap question, followed by an HR round on my resume.
The interview process was smooth and well-guided. The questions were about DBMS, OOPS, Software Testing, RDBMS, API, and also logical reasoning. The coding questions were at an easy level, and the one given to me was for reverse testing.
