Battery Modeling Engineer
The interview process was very good. The interviewers were very nice, and the questions were not very difficult. They made some jokes at first to relieve my pressure. In summary, it was a very good experience.
Design Release Engineer
I applied on Ford's career website. After a couple of weeks, I got contacted by a Ford recruiter. The second step was an in-person interview with three Ford managers. The interview was in Dearborn, MI.
Manufacturing Engineer
