Good salary, stock options if you are lucky.
Bad management, little to zero diversity and inclusion, bad top HR management, not open to change, old school thinking. The language of the Vancouver office, where there are more than 800 employees, is Mandarin, not English. Therefore, those who do not speak it are left out, mismanaged, and many times not part of promotions.
Adapt to change. Hire more women and other groups.
Make English mandatory and fully enforce it. Hire top HR people who actually do their job and are not just paper pushers.
Fire low performers.
