Stressful Turnover, Decent Time Off
Decent amount of time off (vacation and sick).
Constant turnover and churn, especially since the multiple rounds of layoffs countywide. Impossible metrics, micromanagement, and constant stress. The majority of the SMEs are no longer with the company; they have either been laid off or have left for other opportunities. This company is not what it used to be when Tony Nicely ran it.

Software Engineer
Smooth interview process. First, had the recruiter send a document that needed to be filled out, and then had one longer interview (mix of technical and behavioral). Interviewers were nice!
Software Enigneer Intern
The interview process is quite smooth. Recruiters are helpful. The whole process contains one round of technical interview and one round of behavioral interview. Both interviews are not hard. Interviewers are nice.
Hadoop Developer
3 rounds. 1st round is with complete Java. 2nd with Big Data interview, which covers all basic questions and use cases. 3rd manager [Big Data], who mainly concentrates on use cases.
