Four separate 1-on-1, hour-long interviews.
As an intern, I applied for the Edison Program. In all honesty, the interview felt like a formality. It was heavy on behavioral questions and very light on technical ones. It almost felt like a show and tell (without the show).
After getting a feel for what I'd be like to work with, the interviewers wanted to know if I had any questions for them. I asked about what they did on a day-to-day basis and showed a genuine interest in their responses.
It was very laid back.
