Process

I applied online. The day after, I was contacted by phone by HR to schedule an interview.

The interview was with talent acquisition for about 30 minutes. I was asked various questions about my experience and my motivation to work in the company. Then, they asked me to tell them about a typical day at work, how I structure my work, and if I work alone or in a team.

It was cool. Then, they told me to answer in a week. I received a rejection before the end of the week, despite it being a good interview. I thought that I would continue for the next step with Human Resources to get more technical, because with talent acquisition, it's only about experience and motivation.
