The interview is intense and uses open questions. It follows the same interview style as other companies. A solid GPA in university is required. The manager is kind but asks hard questions. I really enjoyed my first job at GE; it opened my career path.

Pros: Being a mechanical engineer at GE is great because I get to work.
Cons: Horrible boss who dislikes Latinos, blacks, and Muslims. He keeps complaining about "cancel culture"; it’s so annoying.
