General Electric Interview Experiences
GE Edison Engineering Development Program
On campus, on-site, possibly phone as well. The process was long, taking 2 months or more. On-site interviews have a skills test session and a behavioral portion. On-campus/college interviews are only behavioral in nature.
Mechanical Designer
I came in as a contractor, but the interview process was laid-back. I only spoke with the hiring manager and the group director. Great group of people I worked with at the time.
