Switzerland's salary is not bad, but considering the high cost of Switzerland...

Project managers are politicians; they don't do real work except spending time in the coffee room cheating, laughing, and complaining. Anything bad happens, they just say it's the employee's fault. Anything good happens, it's because they themselves are good. They take other people's work as their own; both project managers and line managers do so. They give stupid suggestions. Every project manager just wants to develop their own products without knowing the previous team's effort and history.

No chance to save it, no matter GE or Ansaldo. Let it be.
